Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely. Email us at contact@magcam.store as soon as possible and we'll take care of it. Once the order has shipped, we can't make changes — but you can return it when it arrives.
Q: Is my payment secure? A: 100%. Our checkout is powered by Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption. We never see or store your credit card details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Standard shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Shipping is FREE on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime at magcam.store using the "Track Your Order" link in our menu.
Q: My tracking number isn't working. A: Tracking numbers can take 2-5 business days to activate after your order ships. If it's been more than 5 days and it's still not working, email us and we'll look into it right away.

Q: What's the difference between MagCam Pro HD and MagCam Pro 4K? A: The MagCam Pro HD shoots in Full HD 1080P — perfect for social media, everyday POV content, and casual use. The MagCam Pro 4K shoots in Ultra HD 4K with a 48MP sensor — ideal for content creators and anyone who wants the sharpest footage possible. Both share the same design, magnetic mount system, and accessories.
Q: Is the MagCam Pro waterproof? A: Yes! With the included waterproof case, MagCam Pro is rated to 30 meters (100 feet). Without the case, the camera is splash-resistant but not fully submersible.
Q: How long does the battery last? A: The 800mAh battery provides up to 150 minutes of continuous recording. Charging takes about 45-60 minutes via USB-C.
Q: What memory card do I need? A: MagCam Pro supports MicroSD cards up to 256GB. We recommend a Class 10 / U3 card for best performance. If you chose an option with an SD card included, you're all set right out of the box.
Q: How does the magnetic mount work? A: MagCam Pro has a powerful built-in magnet on the back. It snaps firmly to any metal surface — car dashboards, fridge doors, metal poles, equipment, and more. For non-metal surfaces, use the included clip mount, helmet mount, or bicycle mount.
Q: What app do I need to connect? A: Download "Viditure" — it's free on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app lets you preview shots live, transfer files wirelessly, and adjust camera settings. Note: the app is optional — you can record without it by simply pressing the power button.
Q: Can I use it as a dashcam? A: Yes. Mount it on your dashboard using the magnetic base and enable loop recording. The camera will continuously record and overwrite the oldest footage when the memory card is full.
Q: Can I use it while charging? A: Yes. Plug in the USB-C cable and the camera will record while charging — perfect for long drives or stationary setups.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What's your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your MagCam Pro for any reason, contact us at contact@magcam.store within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Q: How do I start a return? A: Email us at contact@magcam.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with instructions.
Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Q: What if my camera arrives damaged or defective? A: We're sorry to hear that! Email us at contact@magcam.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
