RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MagCam, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund. No questions asked.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it (unused or gently tested)
Opened packaging is acceptable — we understand you need to try the product.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Email us at contact@magcam.store with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once we confirm your return, your refund will be processed.
REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received a damaged or defective product? We're sorry about that. Email us at contact@magcam.store with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@magcam.store with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item immediately at no extra cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.
- If the issue persists, email us at contact@magcam.store and we'll investigate.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items damaged through misuse or negligence (not manufacturing defects)
BUNDLES
For bundle purchases (Pack of Two), both items must be returned together to receive a full refund. Partial returns on bundles are eligible for a partial refund based on the individual item price.
