SHIPPING POLICY

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All orders ship for free, regardless of order value or destination. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- United States: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 15-25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 15-25 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal service, and customs processing.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime using the "Track Your Order" link on our website at magcam.store.
Tracking numbers may take 2-5 business days to become active after your order ships. This is normal.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
MagCam has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at contact@magcam.store with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and either:
- Reship your order at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
We will never leave you without a product or your money.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MagCam is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at contact@magcam.store — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address.
MULTIPLE ITEMS / BUNDLE ORDERS
Bundle orders (Pack of Two) may occasionally ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. If you receive one package before the other, don't worry — the second package is on its way. Contact us if the second package hasn't arrived within 5 days of the first.
